Richard Wehr, 39, of Perkasie, was charged with retail theft 4:29 p.m. Feb. 25 following an incident at BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St. Wehr allegedly removed Under Armour clothing valued at $240. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Barry Kunkle, 49, of Bath, was given two citations for retail theft following two incidents at South Mall Mercantile, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown 1 p.m. Feb. 21. Kunkle allegedly switched a price tag on an item and purchased it for the lesser price and removed two DVDs without paying for them.

Salisbury Police Cpl. Budd Frankenfield found a missing man from Bethlehem in the 1100 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard during a routine traffic stop 2:36 a.m. Feb. 26. The Bethlehem man had been reported missing and was found sleeping in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. He was taken to Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest for evaluation.

George Paleologos, 25 of Allentown, was given a summons and charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana, disorderly conduct, driving under suspension and no inspection following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard 10:21 a.m. Feb. 27.

A resident in the 900 block of Susquehanna Street purchased an iPhone 7 online, tracked it and United Parcel Service said it was delivered and placed on the porch 9 a.m. Feb. 27. The phone was reported missing 4:15 p.m. Feb. 27. The value of the phone is $800.

A resident in the 1700 block of Graham Street reported 6:07 p.m. Feb. 28 damage to a windshield of a vehicle parked on the property. The damage was allegedly done by a BB gun.

A resident in the 1200 block of Taft Avenue reported 7:25 p.m. March 2 an unknown actor punctured all four tires on a vehicle parked on the property.

Five vehicles were reported damaged at Vinart Body Shop, 3115 Berger St., 7:44 a.m. Feb. 28. Windows were shattered and some of the vehicles were on rocks or railroad ties and the wheels were removed. The total damage was $7,000.

Christopher Barlieb, 50, of Kunkletown, was given a citation for public drunkenness following an incident in the 3200 block of Devonshire Road 7:37 p.m. March 1.

A vehicle was reported removed from a property in the 600 block of East Lexington Street 6:37 a.m. March 1. The theft was reported to the auto theft task force. The 2006 black Honda CRV was locked and the keys were in the home.
