MACUNGIE POLICE

Evan Kohl Bittenbender, 26, of Zionsville, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Walnut Street for alleged vehicle violations 11:23 p.m. Feb. 6. Bittenbender was taken to Lehigh Central Booking Center for processing. Charges were filed, according to court records.

Emma Hoffman, 21, of Emmaus, was detained by police after a traffic stop was conducted for alleged vehicle code violations in the 200 block of West Main Street Feb. 21. According to police, Hoffman was found to be under the influence of a narcotic. Hoffman allegedly was on probation at the time of the traffic stop. Hoffman was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking where she allegedly refused medical testing. Charges were filed via summons, according to police.

Joshua Stephen Solliday, 28, of New Tripoli, was charged with suspicion of public drunkenness and harassment after he allegedly struck another person during an altercation and appeared in public while intoxicated after police were dispatched to the Macungie Pub, 101 E. Main Street, 12:45 a.m. Feb. 7. Citations for public drunkenness and harassment were issued, according to court records.

Kenneth P. Miller, 61, of Macungie, was charged with suspicion of possessing marijuana and trespassing after police were dispatched for a burglar alarm to the Macungie Veterans of Foreign Wars post, 287 Lehigh St., 3:33 a.m. Feb. 5. According to police, Miller was found hiding in a bathroom stall and a search revealed he allegedly had marijuana. Miller also had an outstanding warrant from Lehigh County. Charges were filed, according to court records.

Richard Rolan, 25, of Nazareth was charged with false swearing after allegedly attempting to transfer a weapon into his name after a purchase while falsifying a statement on a firearm application at TDR Tactical, LLC, Willow Street, Feb. 17. Charges were filed via summons, according to police.

Tyler Llewellyn, 23, of Alburtis, is charged with alleged possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the 200 block of West Main Street Feb. 23. Charges were filed via summons, according to police.
