Upper Macungie police are investigating a theft of vehicle that occurred between Feb. 22 and 25.

The car, a silver 2005 Subaru Legacy, was taken from an overflow lot in the 1900 block of Cricklewood Cove at Applewood.

Police say the stolen vehicle did not have a functioning battery.
