MACUNGIE POLICE
Alexander Caton, 25, of Zionsville, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence and careless driving after police responded to the 800 block of East Main Street for a motor vehicle accident 12:39 a.m. Jan. 20. Police found a parked car was struck. Caton allegedly was found to be the operator of the vehicle and showed signs of alcohol influence. Caton was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking Center for testing, according to police. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Ralph Dean Lindenmuth, 73, of Macungie, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence after police found Lindenmuth allegedly asleep while seated in his running vehicle on Lehigh Street 2:45 a.m. Jan. 18. According to police, Lindenmuth smelled of alcohol at the time. Lindenmuth was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking for testing, according to police. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Christian Curtis Culton, 49, of Macungie, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence after police conducted a traffic stop for vehicle code violations on West Main Street, Jan. 6. Culton was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking for testing, according to police. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Sebastian Kennedy, 23, of Macungie, was charged with alleged drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were dispatched to a location on West Chestnut Street, Dec. 16, 2016. According to police, heroin and drug paraphernalia were recovered at the scene. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Russell Stew Hampton Jr., 53, of Allentown, was charged with alleged harassment by communication after he posted personal information and images of a woman on social media Jan. 2 after a no contact order was issued. Citations were filed, according to court records.
David Arthur Mohr, 36, of Allentown, was taken into custody and transported to Lehigh County Central Booking where he was detained by law enforcement after police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Race Street Feb. 13. According to police, Mohr was found to be wanted on outstanding warrants from Lehigh County. Mohr was charged with allegedly operating a vehicle without a valid inspection by police, according to court records.
