Emmaus Police Chief Charles Palmer has requested anyone with residential or commercial video cameras connected to the Internet should check their security settings to make sure the cameras are not streaming live video from the home or business to unauthorized persons or websites.

The Emmaus Police Department has been made aware of websites which list live video feeds from homes and businesses. Some people may choose to publicly stream the live video feed, while others are not aware of this activity.

Please exercise caution and research your cameras for security settings.
