AAUW Bethlehem and Easton will host a presentation titled “Racism: What most people don’t understand about race” by Dr. Karen Gaffney 9:30-11 a.m. March 18 in Alumni Hall, Northampton Community College main campus, 3835 Green Pond Road.

An English professor at Raritan Valley Community College, New Jersey, where she designed an introductory course on race, Gaffney is currently working on an introductory guide to systemic racism and racial justice.
