Congregation Sons of Israel, 2715 Tilghman St. Allentown, will have its annual Purim Gala March 19, honoring the King David Society in memory of the late Jay Scherline.

Nativity Lutheran Church, St Michael Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Nativity, 4004 W. Tilghman St., Allentown, will have Ash Wednesday worship services 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. March 1.

Everyone is invited to join them for Holy Communion and Imposition of Ashes.
