Sharon Ann Schlacter, 67, of New Tripoli, died Jan. 31, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of Anthony P. “Tony” Schlacter for 45 years.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Charles F. and Betty (Snyder) Eberhart.

She was a 1967 graduate of Whitehall High School and Allentown School of Cosmetology.

She was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall.

She was a hairstylist most of her life, working for Holiday Hair, Catty Cuts, Mosser Nursing Home and, most recently, Country Meadows of Allentown.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a godson Aaron Turansky; a sister Betty and her husband Ernie Carpency of Bethlehem; a nephew Jeffrey Carpency; cousins Maryann and Barry Brunst and Gale and Gerald Brunst; and extended family.
