NORTH WHITEHALL U.L. Lions club cooking pig stomach dinners

Members of the Upper Lehigh Lions Club will serve a pig stomach dinner 4-7 p.m. Feb. 19, 7 p.m. at the Schnecksville Fire Hall.

This Pa. German specialty, seimaage, is comprised of potatoes, smoke sausage, celery, onions and parsley stuffed into a pig stomach and baked.

The flavors blend together in a tasty manner.

The all-you-can-eat family style meal includes apple butter, cottage cheese, pickled cabbage, assorted breads and dessert.

The filling will be available separate from the pig stomach if anyone prefers it that way.

Advance tickets are recommended.

Call Carol at 610-769-2410 for information and tickets.
