Daniel Lynn Wilfong, 41, of Norristown, was taken into custody, arrested and charged with simple assault and related charges after police were called to an alleged dispute in the 7500 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 6:50 p.m. Jan. 23. Charges were filed, according to court records.

Dino Carlino, 25, of Fogelsville and Deborah Ann Pontone, 24, of Fogelsville, are charged with harassment after an argument allegedly escalated into a physical fight in the 1100 block of Barnside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8 p.m. Jan. 17. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Jacob Thomas Toney, 21, of Zionsville, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence of a a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Spring Creek Road at Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, 1:03 a.m. Jan. 2. Toney allegedly was under the influence of marijuana at the time of the traffic stop and in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernlia. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Jonathon Daniel Ranieri, 26, of Emmaus, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after his vehicle was found parked in a private gravel lot south of the intersection of Spring Creek Road and Trexlertown Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:51 p.m. Jan. 5. According to police, Ranieri allegedly was intoxicated at work and, when confronted, left his workplace. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Neil Patrick Novak, 38, of Coplay, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence after he allegedly was seen driving over a concrete median divider after leaving the parking lot of a convenience store at the intersection of Chestnut Street and South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Emmaus Borough, 11:32 p.m. Nov. 25, 2016. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Reported by a resident of the 6000 block of Fountain Road, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors electroncially removed $800 from the resident’s account Dec. 21, 2016.
Reported by a resident of the 7600 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, an unknown actor removed a 2001 Haulmore enclosed white trailer with a side door sometime between 12:01 a.m. Jan. 5 and 11:59 p.m. Jan. 10. Reported by a resident of the 2100 block of Riverbend Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor used the resident’s identity to open credit card accounts between 12:01 a.m. Dec. 30, 2016 and 11:59 p.m. Jan. 2.
Reported by a resident of the 1600 block of Westview Drive, Lower Milford Township, an unknown actor used the resident’s credit card to purchase $63.60 worth of merchandise Jan. 9.
Reported by a resident of the 4000 block of Dillingersville Road, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors scammed the resident into wiring money to Jamaica between June 19 and Dec. 22, 2016.
Reported by a resident in the 5800 block of Fresh Meadow Drive, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor entered a vehicle and went through the center console and glove compartment between Jan 19 and Jan. 24. Nothing was removed.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville has responded to 12 allegedly false alarms at Allen Distribution, 3041 Schoeneck Road, Lower Macungie Township, within the previous 12 months as of Jan. 16. A summary charge of control of alarm devices was filed, according to court records.
Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to an alarm activated in the mechanical area of Costco Wholesale, 791 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:04 a.m. Jan. 24. According to police, Costco Wholesale had more than three false alarms in the same 12 consecutive month period and the Jan. 24 alarm was the fourth alarm in the 12 month period.
Reported in the 2000 block of Chardonnay Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered a locked vehicle and removed several items with a total value of $26.35 between Jan. 24 and Jan. 27.
Reported by residents on Burgundy Drive and Madeira Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered vehicles between 2 and 7:15 a.m. Jan. 27. According to police, actors removed items from two vehicles and rummaged through a third vehicle.
