A wallet was stolen from a patient at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., in November 2016. The incident was reported to police 11 a.m. Jan. 26.

Jaime Bisbing, 34, of Allentown, was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment following an alleged physical altercation 7:19 p.m. Jan. 26 in the 1400 block of Paxford Road. Bisbing was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A resident reported an unknown person went through an unlocked vehicle in the 900 block of East Susquehanna Street 8:32 a.m. Jan. 26. Nothing was removed.

A resident reported an unknown person went through an unlocked vehicle in the 800 block of East Susquehanna Street 11:46 a.m. Jan. 26. Nothing was removed.

A resident reported an unknown person went through a vehicle and opened the garage door of a home in the 800 block of College Lane 10:35 a.m. Jan. 27. Nothing was removed.

A resident reported an unknown person went through a vehicle in the 300 block of East Paoli Street 7:23 a.m. Jan. 27. Nothing was removed.

A vehicle was reported removed from a locked garage in the 1400 block of Salisbury Road 8:20 a.m. Jan. 26. The unknown person also went through a second car at the home. A 38 caliber Taurus revolver was in the stolen car. The theft was reported to the auto theft task force. The vehicle was recovered in Upper Macungie Township Jan. 13. The revolver was not recovered.

A resident reported an unknown person went through a locked vehicle in the 600 block of East Lynnwood Street 8:30 a.m. Jan. 28. There was no damage to the vehicle; however a Gerber machete 18-inch with a 10-inch cutting edge, a Simmons spotting scope with tripod and case, a 3-inch straight edge knife and a pair of impact sport ear muffs were removed from the vehicle. Total value of items removed is $234.

Aaron Blount, 27, of Allentown, was charged with driving while under the influence and general lighting requirements following an alleged traffic stop in the 1100 block of South 24th Street 2:50 a.m. Jan. 29. Blount was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Bruce Nosal, 50, of Emmaus, was charged with drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, registration required and general lighting requirements following an alleged traffic stop along Rock Cliff Road, Emmaus, 9:06 p.m. Feb. 2. Nosal was taken to Central Booking for processing.
