STATE POLICE
State Police Fogelsville are seeking help from the public in a hit and run accident in which a Bethlehem man was fatally injured in 2013. According to police, Michael J. Mason, 36, was walking southbound on the west berm of State Route 222 just north of Kressler Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:50 p.m. Nov. 29, 2013, when he was struck by a southbound vehicle. Jonathan Dahbour, 25, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence and related charges after a vehicle crash in the 3900 block of Main Road West, Upper Milford Township, 11:26 p.m. Jan. 13. Charges were filed Jan. 23, according to court records.
Priscilla Ramirez, 27, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence and other charges after a traffic stop on Lower Macungie Road at South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 11:56 p.m. Dec. 18, 2016. According to police, Ramirez allegedly showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Wayne Evan Fox, 33, of Bethlehem, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after an accident in the 4600 block of East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:18 a.m. Dec. 18, 2016. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Jessica Nicole Hague, 25, of Pottstown, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Cedar Crest Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 2:49 a.m. Dec. 23, 2016. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Zoraida Rodriguez, 41, of Allentown, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop along Lower Macungie Road, west of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:26 a.m. Jan. 1. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Michael Todd Black, 41, of Alburtis, was charged with driving under the influence after he allegedly crashed his vehicle on Scenic View Drive at Schoeneck Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:24 p.m. Dec. 23, 2016. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Christopher Rollings, 32, of Breinigsville, was charged with simple assault after he allegedly held a knife to a person’s throat during an argument in the 1100 block of Grange Road, Lower Macungie Township, Jan. 14. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Aaron Rey Corces-Figueroa, 18, of Macungie, is accused of simple assault and harassment after he allegedly struck a 17-year-old male, of Macungie, in the face and placed the teen in a choke hold 10:40 p.m. Jan. 11. The younger teen suffered injuries to his right eye and face, according to police. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Michael Todd Uhl, 32, of Emmaus, was charged with harassment after police were called to a fight in progress in the 4300 block of South Fifth Street, Upper Milford Township, 2:48 a.m. Jan. 1. Uhl allegedly punched another person several times during the fight. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Jennifer Anne Lynn, 39, of Allentown, is accused of harassment after she allegedly struck a female about the head after being involved in an argument in the 5600 block of Wedge Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 2:05 a.m. Jan 14. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Reported by a resident in the 6600 block of Stein Way, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor entered the vehicle and removed a wallet and later used credit cards at Walmart and Target stores Dec. 12, 2016.
Reported by an employee of the Wingate Hotel, 4325 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor broke the rear left window of a hotel guest’s vehicle and took items from the vehicle between Dec. 19 and 24, 2016. The hotel employee noticed damage to the vehicle at approximately 8:45 a.m. Dec. 24, 2016 and called police.
Reported by multiple residents along Spring Ridge Drive East and Spring Ridge Drive West, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered multiple unlocked vehicles and removed numerous items Jan. 19. Police urge all residents of Lower Macungie Township to take extra time to make sure vehicles are locked and secure and there are no items left inside the vehicle.
Reported by a 48-year-old male in the 3500 block of Durham Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors scammed the male into wiring $1,400 in a MoneyGram to a person in Indiana overnight Dec. 29, 2016. The investigation continues.
State Police Fogelsville are investigating a hit-and-run accident Jan. 8 in the 7500 block of Scenic View Drive, Lower Macungie Township, and are asking anyone with information about the crash to contact police. According to a media release, the crash happened about 11:45 p.m. in front of a residence. A maroon vehicle, described by a police as a 2010 to 2014 Subaru Legacy, was eastbound when the vehicle left the road and struck a fire hydrant, township sign and tree. The vehicle then fled the scene of the crash and likely has significant passenger side front end damage. Anyone with information about the crash may contact State Police Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
Marshall Trey Winston, 21, of Macungie, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop in the 5000 block of Briarwood Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 1:59 a.m. Dec. 30, 2016. According to police, an odor of marijuana was emanating from inside the vehicle when it was stopped. A probable cause search was conducted and a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia were found. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Talon Justin Tyeryar, 29, of Allentown, was taken into custody for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Hamilton Boulevard at Shepherd Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 10:47 p.m. Dec. 31, 2016. According to police, an odor of marijuana was emanating from inside the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop. A probable cause search was conducted and police allegedly found a small of marijuana and paraphernalia in the vehicle. Tyeryar also allegedly showed signs of impairment during standardized field sobriety tests at the time of the traffic stop. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Rodney Gene McDonald, 36, of Macungie, was arraigned at Lehigh County Booking Center on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police after he allegedly attempted to flee a police officer in a marked police vehicle along State Route 100 and State Route 29, Upper Milford Township, 12:44 p.m. Jan. 4. Charges were transferred to the Court of Common Pleas, according to court records.
Penny Jeannette Kalmar, 52, of Alburtis, was taken into custody after she allegedly concealed unpaid merchandise in a duffle bag at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:40 p.m. Jan. 13. According to police, Kalmar was apprehended by loss prevention personnel before being taken into police custody. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Nicole Lynn Fagan, 25, of Bethlehem, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on State Route 222 North at Kressler Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:35 a.m. Dec. 31, 2016. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Reported by a 78-year-old male, of Lower Macungie Township, reported an unknown actor used his checking account to make three fraudulent withdrawals totaling $1,109 between Dec. 16 and 17, 2016. Reported by a 29-year-old male, of Lower Milford Township, unknown actors attempted to make unauthorized use of an account to purchase four mobile telephones each valued at $969.99 for a total value of $3,879.96 Jan. 10.
Reported by an 19-year-old male, of Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors used his debit card number to make unauthorized purchases totaling $203.18 at Giant supermarket. The charges were discovered after the man’s bank notified him of suspicious activity on his card account. The card account was closed in December 2016, according to police.
Reported by a 67-year-old female at 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor removed a Wells Fargo credit card from the woman’s lost wallet between 3:35 p.m. and 4:50 p.m. Jan. 16.
Reported at Speedway service station, 5640 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, a woman passed two counterfeit $50 bills and two counterfeit $20 bills at the gas station 7:10 a.m. Nov. 8, 2016.

Christine Griffin Bailey, 46, of Zionsville, is accused of harassment after she allegedly grabbed a 14-year-old female by the wrist and pulled her down the steps, grabbed the teen by the back of the head, struck the teen’s head against a window and punched, kicked and choked the teen in an incident in the 6100 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, Jan. 8. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Darrel Raymond Dech, 56, of Macungie, is charged with harassment after he allegedly made numerous statements threatening violence in the 4000 block of Schoeneck Road, Lower Macungie Township, between Jan. 13 and 16. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Paige Elizabeth Esterly, 21, of Wescosville, is charged with harassment and criminal mischief after she allegedly struck another person and scratched the person’s vehicle during an argument. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
A flashlight was recovered in the 5700 block of Greens Drive, Lower Macungie Township, while police were investigating a theft from motor vehicle incident 6:45 p.m. Jan. 24. The owner of the flashlight is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
Sydney Abigail Pavelko, 18, of Macungie, is charged with alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and related charges after a traffic stop was conducted for a vehicle trespassing in Wild Cherry Park, Wild Cherry Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 12:43 a.m. Jan. 13. Charges were filed, according to court records.
