Q: In what grade are you?

A: I am in 12th grade at Emmaus High School.

Q: What is your favorite subject? Why?

A: My favorite subject is computer science because it is an intriguing field of study with endless possibilities.

Q: Have you received any special awards or recognition?

A: I have received a few different awards and recognition such as Principal’s Honor Roll and AP Scholar with Honor.

Q: Are you involved in any extracurricular activities?

A: I am involved in several extracurricular activities such as ACSL/computer science club, pit orchestra, chamber/symphonia and select choir.

Q: What is your next goal after high school?

A: My goal after high school is to attend college.

Q: What do you consider your biggest challenge to date?

A: My biggest challenge is probably procrastination. I have several times ended up spending long nights finishing homework or studying.

Q: For what would you like to be remembered?

A: I’d like to be remembered as a caring friend.

Q: Who is in your family?

A: My parents’ names are Lijian and Zicheng, my siblings’ names are Viola and Sunny and my cat’s name is Pucca.

Q: Whom do you admire? Why?

A: My mom, because she is an amazing person who inspires me to explore new things and pursue my interests.

Q: Do you have any advice for your peers?

A: Be proactive and take a preemptive strike at major assignments and tests. It’s never fun doing things last minute.
