State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, say a bathroom stall at Northwestern Lehigh High School, 6493 Route 309, Heidelberg Township, was vandalized on Nov. 30, 2016.

State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, say an ATV and various other items were stolen at 3 a.m. Nov. 15, 2016, from a garage in the 6200 block of Route 309, Heidelberg Township.

According to police a group of four individuals arrived at the home of a 45-year-old man in a Budget rental truck and a dark-color sedan.

They went to the garage, cut a lock and took the items.

According to State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, two 17-year-old boys allegedly got into a fight 10:45 a.m. Dec. 19, 2016, at Northwestern Lehigh High School, 6493 Route 309, Heidelberg Township.

One teen was charged with simple assault. The other was charged with harassment.

According to State Police Troop L, Hamburg, a 24-year-old man from Kempton was taken into custody 2:15 a.m. Jan. 22 after he was allegedly seen driving a motor vehicle that was weaving outside its lane of travel on several occasions, traveling at an inconsistent rate of speed and nearly stopping prior to exiting onto an on-ramp on Route 61 north from S. 4th St., to I-78 in Hamburg.

Police say a traffic stop was initiated and the driver was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol to the extent he was incapable of safely driving a motor vehicle.

He was taken into custody and transported for a legal blood draw.

Police say charges are pending before Magisterial District Judge Kim L. Bagenstose, Hamburg.
