A few Colonial League teams played conference games on Monday, while one CL boys team took on a powerhouse team from the Schuylkill League.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Bangor-Northwestern

Bangor rolled by Northwestern in a Colonial League meeting, 71-52.

Reece Jones paced the Slaters with 17 points.

Roby Seyfried had 16 for the Tigers, while Samuel Yadush totaled 10.

Pottsville-Salisbury

The Falcons came back from a 24-9 halftime deficit to beat Pottsville 48-45 Monday at Salisbury.

The Falcons trailed 33-27 heading into the fourth quarter where the out-scored the Crimson Tie 21-12.

Ryan Slutsky had 15 points for Salisbury. Jaxon Costello added 12 points for the Falcons (12-4 overall).

Pottsville was led by Abdo Jordan with 28 points.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Northwestern-Bangor

Bangor topped Northwestern in Colonial League action, 45-42.

The Warriors beat the Rough Riders 51-30.
