Historic Bethlehem Winter Restaurant Week will be held Jan. 22 through 28 in historic downtown Bethlehem. Participating restaurants will offer fixed menus for lunch and dinner; restrictions apply.

There will be a contest to win a gift certificate for two to every restaurant participating in the event.
