A resident in the 1600 block of East Emmaus Avenue reported 11:21 a.m. Dec. 27, 2016, an unknown person went through an unlocked BMW and removed a gift wrapped picture frame valued at $5.

A resident in the 1600 block of Lehigh Avenue reported 2:41 p.m. Dec. 27, 2016, an unknown person stole a car from the property which had been unlocked with the keys on the floor. The case was referred to the auto theft task force.

Luis Diego Ramos, 18, of Allentown, Kelvin Ramos, 18, of Allentown, Gregory Rodriguez, 18, of Reading and a 17-year-old male, of Allentown, were charged with allegedly removing items from Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., 4:44 p.m. Dec. 28, 2016. The items removed had a value of $214 and damage to the items was estimated to be $168. Three were taken to Central Booking for processing.

Delia Elpidia Zamora, 28, of Easton, was charged with allegedly removing a bottle of lotion from Claire’s Accessories, 3300 Lehigh St. 6:51 p.m. Jan. 3. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Marco Antonio Reyes, 19, of Easton and Jessica Jaurides, 20, of Easton, were charged with conspiracy to commit retail theft following an incident at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. 6:51 p.m. Jan. 3. They were taken to Central Booking for processing.

Jesus Matos-Hernansez, 42, of Allentown, was charged with simple assault and harassment following an alleged incident in the 2000 block of Wells Court 7:09 p.m. Dec. 29, 2016. The victim allegedly had bruises on her wrists, forearms and minor scratches. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Police were called to the 900 block of East Lexington Street 11:33 a.m. Dec. 30, 2016, for the report of an ATV and motorbike removed from a detached garage which had been pried open. A heater was also removed. Police referred the theft to the auto theft task force.

A resident in the 2900 block of South Pike Avenue reported to police 10:56 a.m. Dec. 31, 2016, a scam regarding a car for sale on Craigslist. The resident received a counterfeit check for $2,200.

A resident in the 1300 block of Park Avenue reported noon Jan. 1 the garage door was open but nothing was removed.

Shawn Custis, of Tobyhanna, was charged with terroristic threats, false alarms to agencies of public safety and threat to use weapons of mass destruction following an alleged incident at Wendy’s, 3390 Lehigh St., 1:58 p.m. Jan. 4. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
