The Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group (GLVWG) will hold its January meeting, 10 a.m. - noon Jan. 28, Palmer Branch, Easton Area Public Library, 1 Weller Place, Palmer Township.

The 10 a.m. business meeting is followed by an 11 a.m. presentation by Kate Moretti on “Openings: Hooks and Lines. What makes a good novel opening?”

The program is free and open to the public 18 years or older
