Melvin Melendez, 34, no known address, was arrested for alleged retail theft following at incident at BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St., 2:19 p.m. Dec. 24, 2016. Melendez was apprehended by police in the parking lot after allegedly removing several gift boxes of cologne valued at $488. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
