Olivia I. Rodriguez, 15, of Slatington, died Dec. 29, 2016.

Born June 7, 2001 in New York City, N.Y., she was the daughter of Juan A. Rodriguez of Slatington.

A 10th-grade student at Northern Lehigh School District, Slatington. she was an elite athlete, involved in volleyball, softball, soccer and cheerleading.

She was a counter clerk and waitress at Mama’s Pizza, Slatington.

She will live on through the generosity of her family in the Gift of Life program.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her grandmother, Frances Ferrara of Slatington.

A celebration of her life service will be announced at a later date.
