The 2017 Souper Bowl, presented by The Restaurant Store and supported by 100.7 WLEV, opens 11 a.m. Jan. 28 with a VIP hour and continues noon-3 p.m. for the public.

There will be soup samplings and contests, live entertainment by the Dan DeChellis Trio and a raffle.

Confirmed participants to date are Cafe the Lodge, Cathy’s Creative Catering & Cafe, Copperhead Grille, Forks Mediterranean Deli, Hotel Bethlehem, Iron Lakes Country Club, Molly’s Irish Grille & Sports Pub, Penn Pizza Mill Creek, Roosevelt’s 21st, Shankara Vegan Restaurant, Southside 313 Bar and Grille, The Steel Pub, The View at Morgan Hill and Whole Foods Market.

Proceeds from the Souper Bowl support ArtsQuest’s art and education programs for area students.
