A resident in the 2000 block of South Bradford Street reported 7:02 a.m. Dec. 13 an unknown person entered two vehicles on the property and removed a pair of binoculars valued at $30.

A resident in the 20 block of Jennie Street reported 9:09 a.m. Dec. 15 an unknown person entered a vehicle on the property and removed $10.

A resident in the 1800 block of Piccadilly Circle reported 1:43 p.m. Dec. 16 an unknown person removed $250 and headphones from a vehicle. There was no sign of forced entry.

Police found a small amount of marijuana in a vehicle during a traffic stop 10:02 p.m. Dec. 13 in the 1100 block of South 24th Street.

Drug paraphernalia was found on a patient at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 1:02 p.m. Dec. 20.

A resident in the 1100 block of Lehigh Avenue reported 6:05 p.m. Dec. 15, sometime overnight an unknown person tried to open a window to the home. No entry was made.

A customer of BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St., reported 12:24 p.m. Dec. 17 leaving a cellphone at the cosmetic counter and returning to find it gone. The phone was determined to be in Emmaus.

Linda Mason, 58, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after allegedly concealing cosmetic items from BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Police were called to Franko Farm, 1301 Black River Road, for the report of a vehicle fire 7:30 a.m. Dec. 20. The owner was contacted and informed the police the vehicle was reported stolen.

A student of Arts Academy Charter Middle School, 1610 E. Emmaus Ave., was charged with possessing a box cutter while on school property noon Dec. 19.
