Dieruff-Salisbury
The Falcons swept Dieruff, with Salisbury girls winning 111-46 and the boys team earning a 95-82 victory as Salisbury’s Mahlon Reihman set a couple pool records at Kidspeace Broadway on Wednesday.
First place winners from the Salisbury girls team include the 200 medley relay of Madison Jewell, Vivian Rogers, Madaket Chassard and Sarah Bobeck with a time of 2:12.13.
Madaket Chassard won the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:39.44 and the 500 freestyle with a time of 6:14.24. Bobeck took first place in the 50 freestyle with a time of 25.51 and won the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:07.56. Brooke Rogers won the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:03.75. The 200 freestyle relay team of Ruby Wiener, Jewell, Cathryn Fitzsimon and Brooke Rogers finished first with a time of 2:03.68. Jewell won the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:16.43. Vivian Rogers touched the wall first in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:29.82. The 400 freestyle relay of Brooke Rogers, Vivian Rogers, Chassard and Bobeck with a time of 4:40.61.
First place winners from the Salisbury boys team include the 200 medley relay of Tim Sechler-Stone, A.J. Oliver, Daniel Bonge and Reihman with a time of 1:46.50.
Ben Wiener won the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:56.65 and the 100 freestyle with a time of 52.75. Reihman took first place in the 200 individual medley with a pool record time of 1:59.33. He also won 500 freestyle with a pool record time of 4:51.15. Daniel Bonge finished first in the 50 freestyle with a time of 22.58 and won the 100 backstroke with a time of 55.46, Tyler Keller won diving. Sechler-Stone earned first place in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:01.87. Oliver touched the wall first in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:08.29,
The Salisbury boys 200 freestyle relay team of Oliver, Wiener, Bonge and Reihman took first place with a time of 1:32.48
BOYS BASKETBALL

Catasauqua took an early lead and withstood a late rally from Northern Lehigh before notching the 63-55 win.
Isaiah Graves poured in a game-high 29 points to lead the Rough Riders while teammate Andrew Brett dropped seven threes and finished with 23 points.
The Bulldogs (0-1, 2-3) got a monster game from Joe Egan, who tallied 23 points. Brandon Hess added 15.

Despite a strong start, Northwestern was unable to hold off Southern Lehigh and dropped a 51-45 decision.
Sean Welsh led the Spartans (4-3, 3-2), with a game-high 17 points.
For the Tigers (2-2, 1-2), Trevor Cunningham tallied 15 points.
Northwestern took the JV game, 36-30.
