Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, will have candlelight services at 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Dec. 24.

On Sunday, Dec. 25 there will be one worship service at 10:30 a.m.

People are invited to wear pajamas and slippers to church on Christmas morning.

The pastors have provided a quote from Charles Dickens, whose writings inspired the theme for advent.

“For it is good to be children sometimes, and never better than at Christmas, when its mighty founder was a child Himself.”

Union Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, has three services scheduled on Dec. 24 at 3 p.m., 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Holy communion and candlelight will be offered at all services.

On Christmas Day, Dec. 25, worship time will be at 10 a.m.
