Azia Robinson, 24, and Jennifer Barber, 48, both of Bethlehem, were charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy 3:33 p.m. Nov. 28. Robinson allegedly concealed items valued at $587 in a handbag and Barber allegedly concealed $529.49 worth of items at BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St. Both were taken to Central Booking for processing.

A vendor at Weil Clocks, 2200 31st St., reported 1 p.m. Dec. 5 the theft of a coat from Denmark valued at $100. Police are reviewing surveillance tapes.

Jonathan Pelczar, 29, of Pottstown, was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance 5:02 p.m. Nov. 28. Pelczar was flown to Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest following an accident. Charges have been filed.
