For any student who took the PSAT, there will be student information sessions through Dec. 20. The online score report, its meaning and its interpretation will be discussed. Seats are limited. Students must sign up in the counseling office.
The Emmaus High School Student Athlete Character Council will host a used/new sports equipment drive for the YMCA through Dec. 16. Any new or lightly used sports equipment from the list below can be dropped off in the athletic office to be donated to the local YMCA before the holiday: pickle ball set w/net and paddles, youth cleats for soccer, youth basketballs (all sizes), soccer balls sizes 3, 4 and 5, kickballs and tee balls (not baseballs).
An EPSD Education Foundation 2016 Holiday Teacher Tribute is the perfect way to honor your child’s favorite teacher, administrator, coach, custodian, librarian, nurse, bus driver or administrative assistant. Your 2016 Holiday Teacher Tribute honoree will receive a student designed acknowledgment card delivered directly to them. Each tribute will include a personalized message and best wishes for a happy holiday season. To receive your certificates by Dec. 23, orders must be placed no later than Dec. 19. EHS will dismiss students 11 a.m. Dec. 16 and 23.
The Pennsylvania School for Global Entrepreneurship at Lehigh University and the University of Pittsburgh Health Career Scholars Academy, former Governor’s School programs, are accepting applications for the 2017 summer programs. Current high school sophomores and juniors are encouraged to apply. Completed applications should be submitted by Jan. 18, 2017, to the counseling office.

Home Access Center is expanding its notification system to include texting. The new texting feature will become available at log in. Users can edit contact phone information to include the new fields, labeled AutoText 1, AutoText 2 and AutoText 3.
Emmaus High School is working with Stabler Arena to finalize a graduation date. According to the school calendar, Emmaus High School graduation is tentatively scheduled June 11, 2017.
Applications for the 2017-2018 German exchange program are now available. The exchange program with Germany is open to all Emmaus students. Applicants will host students for three weeks in the fall and then visit southern Germany in the summer where they will live with a family, attend school and travel.
