A 20-year-old male, of Hellertown, was taken into custody for driving his vehicle under suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Interstate 78 eastbound at mile marker 56.4, Salisbury Township, 2:54 a.m. Nov. 5. The accused also was in possession of a small amount of hash oil, according to police.
