Brendan Jackson Rhodes, 20, of Lansdale, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer after he allegedly fled from a traffic stop on Interstate 78 east at mile marker 59.0, Salisbury Township, 11:46 p.m. Oct. 31. Charges were filed.
