Chili enthusiasts are welcomed to Concordia Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2623 Brookside Road, for the fifth annual chili cook-off Nov. 20. Guests received a tasting spoon and paper pepper to place in the bag in front of their favorite chili recipe. The event featured 11 different chili recipes.
