A resident in the 1400 block of East Susquehanna Street reported 4 p.m. Nov. 3 being scammed out of $1,800 by a software company to fix a computer remotely.

A business owner in the 1100 block of Bell Avenue said an unknown actor cashed two checks valued at $2,500 each in Florida from the business checking account. Police were notified 1:23 p.m. Nov. 3.

Police were called to the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard 10:49 a.m. Nov. 3 for a disturbance.

A resident in the 400 block of Rock Cliff Road reported damage to a door on the property 11:05 a.m. Nov. 4.

A resident in the 1500 block of Maumee Avenue reported 2:51 p.m. Nov. 4 an unknown actor went through a car on the property and removed $20 and change, leaving the driver’s side door ajar.

An unknown actor went to BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St. 2:19 p.m. Nov. 6, gathered up Polo clothing valued at $1,845 and started walking to the exit door. When approached by loss prevention personnel, the actor ran toward Starbucks and got into a black BMW with no plate. Police are investigating.
