Lillian B. (Knapp) Patton, 89, of Whitehall and formerly of Bethlehem, died Nov. 5, 2016, at home. She was the wife of the late William E. Patton.

Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Sadie (Gephart) Knapp.

She is survived by six children, George E. of Ohio, Richard C. of Emmaus, Lawrence R. of Easton, John D. of South Carolina, Ronald L. of Bethlehem and Cynthia M. Shiner, with whom she resided; 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, William C. Patton.
