Randy John Butler Jr., 25, of Allentown, was arrested and charged with allegedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 at mile marker 55.6, Salisbury Township, 10:49 a.m. Oct. 15. Charges were filed.

Francisco Javier Guzman, 45, of Allentown, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on Cedar Crest Boulevard at Lincoln Avenue, Salisbury Township, 1:38 a.m. Oct. 8. Charges were filed.
