Tracey Heist 49, of Northampton, was stopped in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard 5:58 p.m. Oct. 28 for allegedly throwing garbage out of a vehicle. Heist received summary citations for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

A hunter with a bow was reported in Waldheim Park 2:25 p.m. Oct. 28. Police were unable to locate the hunter.

A resident in the 2600 block of East Texas Boulevard reported 9:06 a.m. Oct. 29 an unknown actor rummaged through a vehicle on the property. Nothing was taken.

A resident in the 1000 block of Hawthorn Road reported 3:15 a.m. Oct. 30 three individuals around his daughter’s vehicle parked on the property. When confronted, the individuals ran away.

A resident in the 2800 block of East Texas Boulevard reported 8:15 a.m. Oct. 31 an unknown actor went through two unlocked vehicles on the property. Nothing was taken.

Vinart Reconditioning Center, 3143 Lehigh St., reported 9:30 a.m. Oct. 29 an unknown actor smashed the passenger side window on two vehicles and removed four tires and wheels from both vehicles. Damage totaled $3,200.

A resident in the 1000 block of Mockingbird Court reported 10:03 a.m. Oct. 29 an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle and removed an iPod shuffle valued at $100.

A resident in the 800 block of College Lane reported 5:40 p.m. Oct. 29 an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle and removed an iPod, a backpack with cleats and shorts and cash. The total loss was $300.

A resident in the 1000 block of Wellington Terrace reported 10:57 a.m. Oct. 29 an unknown actor entered two unlocked vehicles and removed change.

A resident in the 2500 block of College Lane reported 11:05 a.m. Oct. 29 finding the passenger door of a vehicle ajar with change missing.

Police were called to Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 4:33 p.m. Oct. 29 for a disturbance over a bus pass not working.

Valerie Alzate, 23, of Allentown, was charged with alleged retail theft following an incident at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., 3:35 p.m. Oct. 30. Alzate allegedly removed clothing valued at $83 from the store. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Jonathan Vazquez, 36, of Bethlehem, was charged with alleged theft and possession of an instrument of crime following an incident at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., 8:02 p.m. Nov. 11. Vazquez allegedly removed clothing valued at $1,421. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Joshua Cecala, 40, of Bethlehem, was charged with allegedly receiving stolen property, driving without a license, no registration and no insurance following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue 3:17 p.m. Oct. 30.

Abimael Merced, 20, of Bethlehem, was charged with an alleged traffic violation following a traffic stop in the 1600 block of East Susquehanna Street 9:41 p.m. Nov. 1.

An unknown actor removed two all terrain vehicles from a shed in the 600 block of Crestline Avenue. The burglary was reported 10:10 a.m. Nov. 1 and the ATVs were valued at $10,000.
