There will be a fundraiser Nov. 6 for the family of former rural mail carrier Willie Wanamaker of New Tripoli, who recently sustained a serious medical incident.

The all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner and silent auction will take place 4-6:30 p.m. in the activity center at Jacob’s Church, 8373 Kings Highway, New Tripoli.

Ebenezer UCC, New Tripoli, is hosting a Thanksgiving Priceless Bake Sale 9 a.m. to noon Nov. 20. Stop in and make a donation for some of the most delicious desserts in New Tripoli. All proceeds will benefit the youth program.

Jacob’s Church, Jacksonville, will host its annual oyster supper Nov. 5. Serving is 4-7 p.m.

Menu includes fried oysters, oyster stew, oyster pie and fresh cut fries. Fried shrimp platters will be available.

There will also be desserts including lemon strip and coconut pies.
