Reported by Pagoda Electrical Inc., an electrical contractor based, of Reading, unknown actors entered the Costco construction site, 791 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, and removed 32 reels of copper wire, a ratchet cutter and a wire reel dispenser cart utilizing fork lift, loaded the items into a vehicle waiting at the loading dock and left the scene overnight Sept. 28. The stolen property is valued at approximately $35,000. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

Reported by a resident in the 7300 block of Lazor Road, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors entered the residence through an unlocked door and removed various items between 12:45 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. Sept. 16.

Reported at an apartment residence in the 5300 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors entered the apartment through an unlocked front door and ripped family photos from the walls in the living room and smashed the photos on the carpet, pushed a television from a dresser and flipped over a table and crib between 12:45 and 1:15 p.m. The burglar left without taking any items from the residence, according to police. The incident is under police investigation.

Reported by a resident in the 1600 block of Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, unknown actors entered an open garage door and removed a bicycle between 11 a.m. Sept. 11 and 10 p.m. Sept. 17. Reported by a resident in the 7000 block of Elementary Road, Lower Milford Township, unknown actors entered the residence and rummaged through bedroom drawers, removing several items. There were no apparent signs of forced entry, according to police. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

Maximo Raymer Vasquez, 28, of Bethlehem, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly attempted to remove $398 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, 11:16 a.m. Sept. 18. Charges were filed.

Pamala Jo Berger, 47, of Palmerton and Denise Francis Herman, 49, of Northampton are accused of harassment after an altercation at a business at 4280 Chestnut St., Upper Milford Township, 6:20 p.m. Oct. 3. Both women allegedly struck each other and pulled each other’s hair. Citations were filed.

Paul Robert Grohman, 48, of Alburtis, was cited for harassment after he allegedly grabbed a person’s collar during an argument, 8:30 a.m. Sept. 27 along Chestnut Street, Lower Macungie Township. A citation was filed.

An 18-year-old female, of New Tripoli, an 18-year-old male, of Allentown and four 17-year-old males were charged with disorderly conduct after police investigated a disturbance at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:20 p.m. Sept. 4. According to police, the youths were involved in a disturbance inside and in the front parking lot of the store.

Reported in the 1200 block of Acorn Drive, Lower Macungie Township, a male threw a garbage can and a chair, broke a window and screamed obscene language 6:42 p.m. Sept. 28.

Reported by a resident of the 1100 block of Morning Star Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors damaged a vehicle window with a pellet gun between Sept. 3 and 10.

Reported by a resident of the 4900 block of Vera Cruz Road, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors smashed the rear window of a vehicle parked in a driveway. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

Reported by a resident in the 2000 block of Winthrop Way, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors broke an ADT Security yard sign between 8 p.m. Oct. 10 and 8 a.m. Oct. 11.

Reported by a 25-year-old female, of Emmaus, at 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor spray-painted the woman’s vehicle causing $700 damage. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

Reported by a 37-year-old female, of Nazareth, at 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, a vehicle was keyed after the woman took the parking spot another driver was waiting for in the store parking lot 10:45 a.m. Aug. 6.

Reported in the 3900 block of Lilac Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle and removed a wallet containing three credit cards Oct. 3.

Reported by several residents along Hauser Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed numerous items from a vehicle between midnight and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 4. Peter Francis Petrole, 31, of New Tripoli according to court records, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop for equipment violations on Brookfield Road at Route 100, Macungie borough, 2:24 a.m. Sept. 11. Charges were filed.

Kelsey Mario Bond, 25, of Zionsville, was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop for alleged traffic violations at the intersection of Brookside Road and Buckeye Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:42 a.m. Sept. 10. Charges were filed.

Joshwynn Adrian Garcia, 20, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop for traffic violations at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Shimerville Road 9:37 p.m. Aug. 29. A 16-year-old female, of Emmaus, who was riding in the vehicle was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Charges against Garcia were filed. The teen was released to a guardian.

Scott Brian Krause Jr., 42, of Allentown, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after police stopped his vehicle for alleged violations at the intersection of Mill Creek Road and Sauerkraut Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 12:17 a.m. Sept. 11. Charges were filed.

Melissa Anne Waters, 47, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of Lower Macungie Road and Hidden Valley Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:44 a.m. Sept. 30. Charges were filed.

Annaleez K. Acevedo, 19, of Emmaus, was cited for the alleged purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of malt or brewed beverages after she was stopped for an alleged traffic violation along Wild Cherry Road, south of Lower Macungie Road, 12:23 a.m. Sept. 10. A search of the vehicle was conducted and a bottle of liquor was found, according to police. Charges were filed.

Reported by a 50-year-old man, of Ephrata, at a truck parking lot at Spring Creek Road and Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor removed a Freightliner Century truck between 8 a.m. Oct. 2 and 8 a.m. Oct. 3.
