Kathleen Belkhir, 55, of Allentown, received a summary citation for public drunkenness following an alleged incident in the 1300 block of Maumee Avenue 12:29 p.m. Oct. 7. She was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

Lisa Laslo, 48, of Coopersburg, received a non-traffic citation for public drunkenness following an alleged incident in the 400 block of Rock Cliff Road 1:05 a.m. Oct. 9.

A resident in the 3300 block of The Strand reported 12:15 p.m. Oct. 7 an unknown actor removed change from an unlocked vehicle. The driver’s side door of the vehicle was open and the center console was damaged.

An unknown actor removed four CDs, $5 in change and a Garmin GPS from an unlocked van parked in the 2500 block of Green Acres Drive. The theft was reported 12:17 p.m. Oct. 14. The CDs were later found under the vehicle.

A navigation system was reported removed from a vehicle 10 a.m. Oct. 14 in the 2800 block of Green Acres Drive.

A car parked in the 400 block of Rock Cliff Road was reported keyed 5:15 p.m. Oct. 9.

A rear window of a vehicle parked in the 1100 block of East Susquehanna Street was shattered by an unknown actor and reported 12:35 a.m. Oct. 17.

A district truck and golf cart were reported removed from Salisbury Middle School 3:15 a.m. Oct. 10. District personnel said the vehicles were in the locked garage 6 p.m. Oct. 7. An alert caller to the police department said they saw a vehicle being driven around with no lights 1:30 a.m. Oct. 10. The vehicle was spotted again 3:15 a.m. An unknown actor parked the vehicle, got out and walked into the woods. District maintenance personnel found the golf cart in the woods along with numerous items which may have been removed from other cars in the area. The truck was recovered at 31st Street and Sussex Road. There was no damage to the vehicles. A bag of Milwaukee brand tools was also recovered.

Jackalyn Bolcar, 27, of Columbia, N.J., was charged with two counts of theft by deception 11:25 a.m. Oct. 11. Bolcar allegedly sought medical services at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. Sept. 26 and Oct. 11, each time allegedly using a different name. Bolcar received $6,526.67 worth of services. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A bicycle was reported stolen 2 a.m. Oct. 12 from the backyard of a home in the 1500 block of Broadway. The bicycle, valued at $700 has a black frame, red handle and a red front tire.

A bicycle was reported stolen 6:53 p.m. Oct. 18 from a home in the 1700 block of South Albert Street. The bicycle was later recovered.

A patient at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. reported 3:29 a.m. Oct. 12 receiving threatening text messages. Police are investigating.

Yolanda Candelario, 38, of Allentown, was charged with simple assault and harassment following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. 10:39 p.m. Sept. 17. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Kristen Strauss, 47, and Joseph Flug, 47, both of Salisbury, were given two summary citations for harassment and disorderly conduct 8:54 a.m. Oct. 9 following an alleged incident at a football game at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St. The victim was allegedly struck from behind and threatened.

River Perez, 19, of Macungie, was given a summary citation for disorderly conduct 2:04 a.m. Sept. 17 at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd.

A resident reported 12:17 p.m. Oct. 14 an unknown actor rummaged through a vehicle in the 2500 block of Green Acres Drive. Nothing was taken.

Two vehicles were rummaged through in the 2500 block of Green Acres Drive 12:17 p.m. Oct. 14. Nothing was missing.

A resident in the 900 block of College Drive reported 3:30 p.m. Oct. 14 an unknown actor entered a locked vehicle. The resident said this is the fourth time the car has been entered.

A resident in the 800 block of Miller Street reported 9 a.m. Oct. 14 an unknown actor went through an unlocked vehicle. Nothing was taken.

A resident in the 800 block of South Edward Street reported 1:03 p.m. Oct. 14 an unknown actor went through an unlocked vehicle. Nothing was taken.

Jonathan Boyle, 19, of Emmaus, was charged with retail theft and criminal mischief following an incident at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. 4:08 p.m. Oct. 15. Boyle allegedly removed Armani cologne and a Tommy Hilfiger coat and walked out of the store. Boyle allegedly also attempted to take a leather coat and damaged the coat by trying to remove the ink tag with a pocket knife. The items removed are valued at $345 and damage to the coat was $195. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Dana Silva, 44, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 1600 Susquehanna Street 10:41 p.m. Oct. 18. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Italo Bueti, 26, of Effort, was given a summary citation following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. 5:51 p.m. Oct. 19.
