William James Walker, 26, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief after an alleged altercation in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street in which another person was hurt and $600 damage was done to the person’s vehicle. Charges were filed.

Antonia Flores Jr., 29, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with simple assault and harassment after an alleged domestic dispute in the 400 block of Chestnut Street. Charges were filed.

Dylan Matthew Kehs, 22, of Macungie, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with driving under the influence after he allegedly was observed crossing double lines in the 700 block of Chestnut Street. Charges were filed.

Reported Sept. 26, an actor used another person’s credit card in an attempt to make two on-line purchases totaling $2,800.

Reported Sept. 30 in the 900 block of Buttonwood Street, an actor attempted to use another person’s credit card twice to make $692.71 in purchases.

Reported Oct. 4 at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie, Ave., an unknown actor removed $500 cash from a purse.

Reported Oct. 7 in the 500 block of Seem Street, an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle and removed an Apple cellphone valued at $150.

A BMX bicycle was found in the 200 block of Seem Street Oct. 3 and is held at Emmaus Police headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.

Reported Sept. 23 in the 500 block of Chestnut Street, an unknown actor struck and damaged the rear passenger side of a tan Ford Freestar minivan.

A 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male were arrested Sept. 27 for possession of cigarettes on school property. Citations were filed.
