The Salisbury cross country teams competed in last week’s Colonial League Championship Meet at DeSales University.
The Falcons’ Brooke Rogers was the top finisher, taking 32nd place in the girls race. Teammate Ruby Wiener also competed in the girls race, taking 47th place.
Salisbury’s boys team fielded enough runners to fill a team as the Falcons took 12th place, beating Catasauqua to earn the penultimate place in the team results.
Falcon freshman Michael Sosnowski finished 41st in the boys race, followed by teammates Cole Warmkessel (51st), Joseph Busolits (68th), Logan Vitalos (87th), Zachary Peace (91st), Shane Artis (94th), Bryce Kimmey (98th) and Nathan Reed (106th).
Southern Lehigh won both the boys and girls team titles.
Ethan Bernstein of Saucon Valley won the boys individual title, while Wilson freshman Jilliam Pote won the girls race.
The District 11 championship meet will be held Wednesday at Bethlehem Municipal.
