Trustom Pond, an exhibit of photographs by John Hafey of the Trustom Pond national wildlife preserve in Rhode Island, will be exhibited Nov. 1 through Dec. 16 in the gallery of Northampton Community College’s Communications Hall, 3835 Green Pond Road, Bethlehem Township.

An artist’s reception will take place 6-8 p.m. Nov. 11 in the gallery.

According to a review by The New York Times, Hafey’s photographs achieve “effects akin to those of exquisitely wrought aquatints.”

Communications Hall is open 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday. It is closed Sunday.
