In the Macungie Borough Council meeting story in the Oct. 3 issue of The Press, resident Paul Smith attended to express his concerns about the flooding on Fern Street. Smith said after the borough paved the street, he has experienced flooding in his backyard. Several attempts have been made to resolve the problem.

Regarding the new Emmaus Historical Society sign featured in the Oct. 12 issue of The Press, Fred Saracino, of State Farm Insurance was also a sign sponsor.
