Rebecca Ziegenfuss, 23, of Emmaus, is accused of simple assault after she allegedly bit a man during an argument in the 3800 block of Chestnut Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:49 p.m. Sept. 2. According to police, the argument concerned cleaning up after a dog. Charges were filed.

Anneliese Miraglia, 30, of Emmaus, was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after police were called to 4017 Chestnut St., Upper Milford Township, 11:14 p.m. Sept. 17. Troopers responded to the address on reports on a woman allegedly breaking objects. Miraglia allegedly attempted to flee and had to be detained at the scene where she kicked, kneed and spit on a trooper, according to police. Charges were filed.

Jennifer Lynn Holman, 35, of Upper Milford Township, is accused of harassment after allegedly scratching a man’s neck and pulling a woman’s hair while at a residence in the 3800 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 11:15 p.m. Aug. 26. Charges were filed.

Helen Harvena Rivera, 21, of Lower Macungie Township, was cited for harassment after she allegedly grabbed a woman and pulled her hair in the 3000 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 7:50 p.m. Sept. 11. A non-traffic citation was filed.

Patrick O’Donnel Bridger, 55, of Allentown, was charged with harassment after he allegedly grabbed a woman’s hair during an argument at a residence in the 3900 block of Lilac Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:53 p.m. Sept. 24. According to police, Bridger slammed the back of the woman’s head against a kitchen cabinet resulting in a minor injury. Charges were filed.

Melanie J. Diehl, 44, of Allentown according to court records, was accused of harassment after she allegedly struck a man twice during an argument in the 1200 block of Eagle Street, Lower Macungie Township. A citation was issued.

Wayne Alan Weaver, 50, of Lower Macungie Township, was charged with harassment after he allegedly grabbed a woman by the throat and smacked her face at approximately 8:40 p.m. Sept. 20 while in the 9500 block of Mertztown Road, Lower Macungie Township. Charges were filed.

Reported by a 42-year-old resident, of Zionsville, an unknown actor opened an Amazon credit card account using the resident’s personal information Sept. 6. The resident reported the card to Amazon’s fraud department, police, credit card agencies, personal account holders and the Internal Revenue Service.

Reported by a resident in the 7500 block of Steinsburg Road, Lower Milford Township, a credit card account was opened in the resident’s name between Sept 1 and 13.

Reported by Blackman’s Cycle Center, 4911 Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors cut a fence at the business 11:19 p.m. Sept. 11.

Terrance William Henry, Jr., 42, of Lower Macungie Township, was charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly went to the residence of Douglas Allen Keinert, 51, in the 5600 block of Greens Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 6:43 p.m. Sept. 25, to taunt Keinert about the outcome of a football game. According to police, Keinert allegedly threw a plastic chair at Henry in response and Henry left. Henry allegedly returned five minutes later and smashed the lawn chair. A citation for criminal mischief was filed against Henry and a citation for harassment was filed against Keinert, according to police and court records.

Reported by a 42-year-old resident of the 5400 block of Butler Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor convinced the resident to cash $7,000 in checks between Sept. 5 and 6. The checks cleared and the Lower Macungie Township resident used Western Union to transfer the money. The checks were found to be fake, according to police.

Calith Quashe Mercado, 23, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and cocaine after a traffic stop for alleged traffic violations at the intersection of Hamilton Boulevard and Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:46 p.m. Sept. 24. Charges were filed.

A 16-year-old youth, of Macungie, was accused of theft by unlawful taking after a resident of Lower Macungie Township reported the theft of an iPhone 6S smartphone from the bleachers in the gymnasium at the Lower Macungie Community Recreation Center, 3455 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 4:25 and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 12. According to police, the theft occurred during open gym time at the community center. The teen was referred to Lehigh County’s IMPACT project.
