SALISBURY POLICE
An unidentified male removed two Polo shirts valued at $98.50 each from Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. 5:06 p.m. Sept. 23. The male placed the two shirts into a Macy’s bag and ran out of the store. Police are investigating.
Belinda Stangherlin, 58, of Allentown, received a summary citation for retail theft after an alleged incident at 1240 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. 10:15 a.m. Sept. 28. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Abed Elnaboulsi, 19, of Allentown, allegedly removed a sterling silver chain from Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. 9:06 p.m. Oct. 1. The chain was valued at $110. Elnaboulsi was taken to Central Booking for processing.
A female entered a fitting room at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. 3:09 p.m Oct. 3 with two shirts and a belt and left with only the two shirts. Loss prevention personnel found the tags to the belt in the fitting room and the female had left the store. The theft is under investigation.
Luis Torres, 32, of Allentown was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following an incident at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. 10:17 a.m. Oct. 3. Torres allegedly removed two packages of cologne from the store without paying for the items. The cologne was valued at $295. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
An unidentified male threated an employee at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. 9:30 p.m. Sept. 24.
A resident in the 900 block of Susquehanna Street reported 2:09 p.m. Sept. 24 a window in the home was shot out valued at $500.
A resident reported 4 p.m. Sept. 30 a second floor window was shot out of a home approximately a week ago with a BB pellet gun.
Jean Julmiste, 33, of Northampton, was charged with theft while at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. 1:20 p.m. Sept. 26. Julmiste was allegedly visiting a patient, entered a restroom and removed a cell phone left there by another visitor. When the owner of the phone returned 20 minutes later, the phone was missing. The owner activited the “find my phone” app and the phone was found allegedly in Julmiste’s possession. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
A resident in the 1900 block of Black River Road reported 6:02 p.m. Sept. 26 receiving a call from an unprofessional male demanding money owed to PPL. It was a scam.
A resident in the 1700 block of South Albert Street reported 8:45 a.m. Sept. 26 an unknown actor hacked into his Facebook account and sent out government grant information to his contacts.
A resident received a call 4:10 p.m. Sept. 30 from a man who told him he worked for Microsoft and said the resident had a virus on his computer. The resident gave the man access to his computer.
A 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old male engaged in a verbal argument during lunch at Salisbury High School 11:50 a.m. Sept. 27. The argument escalated to lunch trays being thrown. Both received summary disorderly conduct citations.
A patient called the personal cell phone of a worker at Smile Krafters, 1247 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown, upset about the services the patient was receiving. The incident was reported 12:26 p.m. Sept. 28
K-9 officer Rocket was called to Fountain Hill to assist the police department in checking a vehicle for drugs 3:48 p.m. Sept. 28.
A resident in the 800 block of Flexer Avenue reported items thrown around an unlocked vehicle parked on the property and an iPhone removed valued at $150 7:59 p.m. Oct. 1.
A resident in the 2800 block of Green Acres Drive reported 8:26 p.m. Oct. 1 an unknown actor removed a GPS from an unlocked vehicle. The GPS was valued at $265.
Tyrees Lewis, 35, of Wescosville, was charged with alleged loitering, prowling at night and public drunkenness following an incident in the 1700 block of Seidersville Road 8:18 p.m. Oct. 3.
Michael Penko, 27, of Allentown, was charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged incident at Weil Clocks, 2200 31st SW 2:51 p.m. Oct. 4. Penko was allegedly crawling under cars and under the loading dock and acting erratically. He was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
A sixth grade student at Salisbury Middle School was charged with disorderly conduct following an alleged incident on a bus 7:29 a.m. Oct. 5. The bus driver told the student to sit in a specific seat and the student refused. The bus driver called police.
Police were called to Harry S Truman Elementary School, 1400 Gaskill Ave. for a 9-year-old student creating a disturbance. The student was released to the mother who refused EMS services.
Elias Sanchez-Hernandez, 37, of Easton, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop 10:57 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 1600 block of East Susquehanna Street for allegedly driving at an excessive rate of speed. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Kyle Isak, 30, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop 3:13 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 1600 block of Broadway. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Sean Tujillo, 47, of Salisbury was charged with alleged public drunkenness following a verbal altercation 6:40 p.m. Sept. 19 at the West Rock Road, Summit Lawn exit of Interstate 78 . Trujillo was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
