Kempton artist offering ‘farm tour’ exhibition

Artist Jonathan Bond of Kempton will present “Farm Tour” 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 15 at his gallery, 59 Kempton Road, just outside the village of Kempton.

The show will feature Bond’s original works and limited edition prints.

Bond’s one-day exhibition has his gallery hanging with oils, watercolors and prints.

Visitors will find more than 50 works in the converted tobacco barn.

During the past several years, Bond has worked indoors and outdoors while creating his works with both bright and subdued palettes.

Cows are mooing, hens are roosting, and chicks are playing on second floor gallery walls.

Moody barn interiors and landscapes offer stark contrast on opposing walls.

Patrons at the studio are sure to hear many of Bond’s stories behind the art.

The entire collection of paintings and prints are custom framed and available for purchase.
