Donn Walck, 39, of Macadoo, was charged with home improvement fraud following an incident in the 1000 block of S. Cedar Crest Boulevard, 5:10 p.m. Aug. 30. The resident contracted Walck to replace siding on home for a total cost of $15,000. The homeowner provided a down payment. Before the work began, Walck allegedly requested two additional checks. A third check was provided when the work began. Walck allegedly never returned. Walck allegedly said he could not finish the job and gave some of the money back but not the entire amount.
A resident in the 700 block of Weil Street reported 5:05 p.m. Sept. 15 hiring two Hispanic males and finding 45 Oxycodone pills missing later.
A 15-year-old male was cited for criminal mischief following an incident at Northwestern Human Services, 660 E. Emmaus Ave. 6:58 a.m. Sept. 15.
A resident reported an unknown actor smashed a driver’s side mirror of a vehicle parked in the 1700 block of South Filbert Street 4:23 p.m. Sept. 18.
Police were called to River Road Park 6:50 p.m. Sept. 22 for a report of juveniles using a hammer to destroy a trash can. The youth were hitting an empty water bottle with the hammer and there was no damage to township property.
A resident in the 700 block of College Lane reported an unknown actor entered an unlocked car and also went through an open door to a shed. Nothing was removed.
Elias Sanchez-Hernandez, 37, of Easton, was charged 10:57 p.m. Sept. 17 with driving under the influence, speeding and driving without a license following an alleged traffic stop in the 1600 block of East Susquehanna Street. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
A resident in the 900 block of College Lane reported 11:44 a.m. Sept. 17 an unknown actor removed a hubcap from a vehicle on the property. The hubcap is valued at $60.
A resident in the 800 block of South Main Street reported 9:20 a.m. Sept. 20 an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle and removed $2 in change.
A resident in the 2800 block of Green Acres Drive reported 6:20 a.m. Sept. 21 finding the door open of a vehicle parked in the driveway and the car was gone through. A COBB tuner was removed valued at $500.
A resident in the 1700 block of Lehigh Street reported 12:30 p.m. Sept. 19 an unknown actor used the resident’s identification to secure cable service in New Jersey. The resident received a bill in the amount of $546.11.
A resident reported an unknown actor went through a vehicle parted in the 2800 block of Green Acres Drive 9:26 a.m. Sept. 20. Nothing was missing.
