A resident in the 700 block of Weil Street reported the theft of an Internal Revenue Service refund check 1 p.m. Sept. 1. The check was valued at $520.
A 17-year-old Salisbury High School student removed a blue air horn from a cart at the school pep rally 10:45 a.m. Sept. 1. Police found the student using the blue air horn at the football game later that evening. The student will be referred to the juvenile justice panel for first time offenders.
Sabwa Sula, 41, of Salisbury, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property 7:45 a.m. Sept. 4. Sula allegedly removed $1,030 from a victim’s purse, a Playstation and various games. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
A shopper at Weil Clocks, 2200 31st St., reported an unknown actor stole a Samsung phone from a purse 9:45 a.m. Sept. 12. The phone is valued at between $500 and $600.
An employee of a company in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard reported 1:30 p.m. Sept. 12 the theft of a purse containing $5 and various credit cards. Purchases were made at Target and Walmart. This is under investigation.
A resident called police 9:30 a.m. Sept. 13 to say the Tweed Avenue sign is missing.
Warren Gilyard, 66, of Fleetwood, was charged with disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 1:47 p.m. Sept. 1.
Jessica Miller, 38, of Whitehall, was charged with disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 6:26 p.m. Sept. 10.
Joseph Choma, 24, no known address, was charged with simple assault and harassment 9:33 a.m. Sept. 3. Police were called to a home in the 1300 block of Maumee Avenue after a hang-up to 911 with screaming in the background. Choma allegedlly struck the victim in the back of the head with a Coca-Cola glass and punched the victim in the mouth. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
An unknown actor shot a plastic fence with a BB gun at a home in the 1700 block of East Susquehanna Street 3:30 p.m. Sept. 3. The damage to the fence is approximately $900.

Damage was reported to a vehicle in the 900 block of East Susquehanna Street 9:52 a.m. Sept. 4. The resident said windows were damaged with a BB gun causing $1,000 of damage.
A resident in the 900 block of East Tioga Street reported 7:25 a.m. Sept. 4 an unknown actor hit a rear passenger side window of a vehicle with a BB gun and also hit home siding.
A resident in the 1100 block of East Susquehanna Street reported 5:10 p.m. Sept. 7 a rock was thrown through a sliding glass door.

A resident in the 2200 block of Lehigh Parkway reported 8:48 a.m. Sept. 9 a wallet was removed from a vehicle on the property. The wallet contained bank cards, a Social Security card and pharmacy cards.
A resident in the 1400 block of Exeter Road reported 11:05 a.m. Sept. 9 a vehicle on the property was gone through.

Police received a call of a theft 5:14 a.m. Sept. 9 at Piercing Pagoda, 3300 Lehigh St. An unknown actor removed 1,859 pieces of jewelry for a total loss of $122,356.40. Police are investigating.
