Bangor scored three goals in the second half to come away with a 4-1 victory over Northwestern.
Shaelin De Wit scored the lone goal for the Tigers.
With the loss, Northwestern falls to 1-2-1 overall and in league play.

Palmerton and Northwestern’s Colonial League contest ended in a 0-0 draw.

Brian Garbacik earned medalist honors with a 78 to help Northwestern earn a 440-479 nonleague win over Tamaqua.

Scorers for the Tigers were Morgan Moss, Sara Hatahway, Abby Chisdak, Maggie Motolese, Bailey Groff, Sam Flickinger, and Emily Yacynych.

The Tigers beat the Blue Bombers 9-1.
Sara Hathaway and Maggie Motolese scored three goals each for Northwestern. Morgan Moss, Abby Chisdak and Karlie Bordonner each had one goal.

Northwestern posted a 2-0 victory over Saucon Valley.
Dom Mertz and Sam Seyfried both scored for the Tigers.
Noah Seng-DeLong and Kenny Gawelko were credited with assists.
Kyle Bellhorn grabbed seven saves for Northwestern.
The Tigers are now 6-0 overall and 3-0 in the Colonial League.

Northwestern at
Hamburg Tournament
Northwestern posted a pair of shutouts on its way to the championship of the Taylor M. Seitzinger Tournament in Hamburg.
The Tigers beat Wyomissing 2-0 in the semifinals and followed that up with a 3-0 win over host Hamburg in the finals.
Kyle Bellhorn recorded a pair of shutouts in goal for Northwestern.
In the title game, Kenny Gawelko had a hat trick to account for all the Tiger scoring.
Friday, Sept. 9
Northwestern-Wilson
Northwestern rolled past Wilson 8-0.
Kenny Gawelko had a hat trick for the Tigers, while Andrew Goodolf and Samuel Seyfried each scored twice.
The winners also received a goal from Dominic Mertz.

Palmerton-N’western
The Tigers beat the Blue Bombers 9-0 as five different players scored goals for Northwestern.

The Tiger girls and boys team each went 2-1 at a Colonial League multi-team meet.
The loss ends the Lady Tigers’ streak of 134 straight league wins as they fell to Southern Lehigh by the slimmest of margins, 27-28.
Robert Leiser won the boys race with a time of 16:47.
The Tigers’ Molly Tarvin won the girls race with a time of 19:54.95, while teammate Madeline Consuelos finished in second place.

Robert Leiser took 21st place in the boys race in a time of 17:52. Tiger teammate Phillip Castrine was 36th with a time of 18:22.
