The Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center, 22 Luckenbill Road (adjacent to Kutztown University) will host its annual Heemet Fescht (Home Festival) 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 24.

Experience home cooking, tractor rides by the Old Time Plow Boys, tole painting and tin smithing by Pat and Ray Oxenford, woodstove cooking by Terry Berger, music by Dave Kline, children’s activities, vendors and many demonstrators.

Tours will be available of the restored farmhouse and one-room school.

Bring a can of food to donate to the Greater Berks Food Bank.
