Through partnerships with Whitehall-Coplay, Catasauqua and Parkland school districts, Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer a variety of noncredit cooking classes to the community on a convenient and flexible schedule at varying locations.

• 30-Minute Meals, 6:30-9:30 p.m. Sept. 28

• Knife Skills, 7:30-9:30 p.m. Oct. 5

• Cheeses of Europe, 6:30-9:30 p.m. Oct. 12

• Cheesemaking I 7-8:30 p.m. Oct. 19

• Cheesemaking II, 7-9:30 p.m. Oct. 26

• Vegetarian Comfort Food, 6:30-9:30 p.m. Oct. 26

• Kiffles, 7-8:30 p.m. Dec. 6

• Kiffles, 7-8:30 p.m. Dec. 7

• Soup du Jour, 6:30-9:30 p.m. Dec. 14

• Nut Roll, 7-8:30 p.m. Dec. 20

There is a cost for the classes. Additional materials fees may apply and are payable to the instructor.

LCCC

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will host the PACAC (Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling) Lehigh Regional College Fair 6-7:30 p.m. Oct. 4 in Berrier Hall Gymnasium at the main campus, Route 309, Schnecksville.

With more than 150 colleges and universities represented, this will be the largest college fair held this fall in Lehigh County. Interested students can learn about academic programs, admissions requirements, campus life and scholarship opportunities.

Admission is free.
