Reported by a resident in the 800 block of Pine Street Aug. 24, an unknown actor used a piece of metal to scratch the rear and driver side windows of a Ford Escape sport utility vehicle, causing $2,426 in damage.

Reported Aug. 22 in the 100 block of Seem Street, an unknown actor entered an unlocked garage and removed a 311 James bicycle valued at $400.

A 32-year-old woman, of Emmaus, was arrested in the 100 block of Harrison Street Aug. 23 after she was involved in a domestic dispute. Charges of simple assault and harassment were filed.
