MERCY SCHOOL

The Mercy School for Special Learning will hosts its 27th annual dinner gala and auction 7 p.m. Oct. 8 at DeSales University, Center Valley.

The event will honor longtime Mercy supporter Father Daniel G. Gambet, OSFS, President Emeritus of DeSales University, with the Angel of Mercy Award and former Mercy principal Sister Janice M. Johnson with a special Legacy Award for her years of service.

All proceeds from the gala and live/silent auctions will benefit Mercy, a private, nonresidential school for children and young adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

There is a cost per ticket which includes dinner, a cocktail hour and auctions.

The event will be held in the University Center.
